Work With a Purpose

I joined Type One Energy because this team is building something bigger than any one of us could achieve alone. Fusion has the potential to reshape how communities think about energy, opportunity, and long-term impact. I’m excited to help ensure this work connects meaningfully to the people and places it will ultimately serve.

The most exciting part about working at Type One Energy is the opportunity to tackle cutting edge material science challenges and apply my solutions to tangible fusion stellarator technologies. This impact is enabled by a culture that encourages innovation and project ownership.

After years in academia and national labs working in plasma physics, I’ve always been motivated by the promise of fusion energy. I joined Type One Energy because I saw the opportunity to move beyond research alone and contribute directly to making fusion a reality. I believe this is a team that can deliver commercial fusion energy and change the world.
