Pam Burke
Chief People Officer
Pam Burke joined Type One Energy as Chief People Officer in May 2026. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s human resources activities, including training, HRIS, talent acquisition, organizational development, benefits, and compensation. Before joining Type One Energy, she held HR leadership roles in the mining and manufacturing industry at Alcoa, Rio Tinto, and Boart Longyear as well as HR management positions at ATK (now Northrop Grumman) and Exelis (now Albany Engineered Composites). She holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Utah State University and an MBA from Boise State University.
